STORM GYM was established in Luton November 1999 by Amir Subasic - the founder & Chief Instructor.
The name of the Gym originates from its founders fighting name ‘STORM’!

Whether you are young or old and training to become fitter, healthier, more toned, lose weight or to become a fighter, Storm Gym aims to teach its students at a level that is highly realistic and professional as possible.
Naturally classes are very demanding but they are guaranteed to improve general fitness, self-esteem, strength, speed, skills, endurance and fighting ability by using our structured training method.
The beginners and intermediate classes consists of an aerobic warm up, basic exercises and stretching, Kick / Thai boxing techniques using various training methods such as pad work, heavy bag, light sparring etc and then a warm down and stretching.
The advanced / Fighters training regime include advance fitness and flexibility, body conditioning and sparring as well as many more aspects of training.
The Fighters training regime is based upon the style in which the fight will take place (Thai Boxing, Kickboxing or MMA) and type of competition (Pro or Amateur). At some stages our fighters fight at several events in different parts of the country or abroad and in different styles as mentioned above which makes them into very versatile combatants.
Experienced instructors run all the classes. If you want to get fit, flexible and learn self defence then come down and try out one of our classes. Just work at your own pace and it won’t be long before you notice your fitness level and even your attitude to life has changed significantly.
