The new ladies only class from Storm GymFrom Sunday, 12 to 1pm and only £5/person
All levels of fitness welcome...work at your level
The class is a Fitness & Martial Arts Class, aiming to:
• Help with weight loss (convert fat to muscle)
• Improve muscle tone
• Increase strength
• Increase muscle & cardio endurance
• Increase speed and agility
• Strengthen core muscles
• Improve flexibility
Class will be bare foot. Bring a bottle of water! Bring boxing gloves if you have any!

All classes and training sessions can be paid as you go with a relevant class/workout or day pass. For those that want to train twice a week or more, then a monthly membership is seriously worth considering to save money. We also offer 12-month contract (offering a lower monthly rate. Both memberships are paid by direct debit.
Personal Training
1-2-1 personal training is available at the gym with our in-house qualified instructors. Both fitness and martial arts classes are catered for. Please see the following link for prices.
